Shipping

All merch will ship within two days.

Please allow up to one week for arrival.

Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Return Policy

We want you to love your merch. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

1. Contact us at contact@sebas.gg with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Once your item is received in its original condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
